Every request is reviewed with care, and depending on the situation, we can arrange a refund or an exchange.
To start a return, simply email us at info@velvette.ca with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for return
- (Optional) Photos to help us understand the issue
We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.
If your return is approved and the product is unused, we may ask you to ship it back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Item costs can be refunded, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Banks and credit card providers may take a few days to complete the processing on their end.
